Bob Kotz, a CoSNUG Instructor, has a side-line business called Computer Instruction, where he will come to your home, or other location, and assist you with a computer you are normally using and want to become more familiar with (verses a class computer).
He can also set-up new or new-to-you computer systems, set you up with an Internet Service Provider (ISP), fix most Printer problems, help delete unwanted items from your computer (one common example is deleting AOL), adding programs including free programs from the internet, such as Spybot, Adaware, Zone Alarm Firewall, AVG anti-virus, etc.
He charges $15 for the first hour, and $10 for each additional hour.
